At MRDD Training we will not sell, rent, or share any personally identifiable
information with any commercial entity.
Information Collected
During registration we collect information from you like name, email
address, phone number, and employer. This information is used to create
a personalized certificate when a class is completed. This information
may also be used to help solve problems that users are having with
the site.
In addition to registration information we may use “cookies” or “URL
session IDs” to identify you during a session on MRDD Training.
Identifying who you are on the site is important so that we can keep
track of things such as what page you are on, or what classes you have
taken. This cookie or URL session ID alone can not be used to identify
you outside of the MRDD Training site.
Credit Card Transactions
We use a third party company to process credit card payments. No personally
identifiable information is transmitted to the credit card processor.
All credit card information will be process on the third parties site,
and is subject to their privacy policy.
Email
Under some circumstances, such as retrieving a forgotten password, we
will need to send you an email. This email will only be sent if requested
by you.
Users who manage pre-payments or purchase orders for a group of students
will receive an email when the PIN or PO number is used. This email will
include the name of the student, and the PO or PIN. The student will
not be notified when these emails are sent to the group manager.
From time to time we may send news about MRDD Training and reminders
that you are due to re-take a class. You may opt out of these emails
at any time by logging into the site and changing your preferences under “My
Record”. If you have any trouble with this, please contact the
